How it works
Launch a coin on pump.fun. An AI builds its game, then keeps adding to it as the coin trades.
1. Launch a coin
You connect a wallet and enter a name, a ticker, a picture and a short description. We check them for content we do not publish. Then your wallet signs once: that creates the coin on pump.fun, with you as its creator, and locks where its creator fees go. pump.fun's creation cost and the network fee are paid by your wallet.
We do not run an exchange or a bonding curve, and we never hold your coins or your money. The coin trades on pump.fun.
2. The coin gets its game
There are three ways. In the first two an AI builds for the coin; in the third the game is already yours.
Quick template: free
You pick one of 3 ready-made games (Coin Survivors, Flip Runner Racing, SkySprout). Your coin goes into it: its picture becomes the hero or the coins you collect, and its ticker is on the screen. It is playable before you launch, and no AI is involved until the game earns its first update. You choose, for free, which AI will build those updates; it stays the game's AI from then on. Some of these games were written by other people and are open source; their authors are credited here.
Custom game: from 0.2 SOL
You choose the AI model that builds your game. Stronger models cost more to run, so the fee depends on the model. The model you choose writes the first version and your revisions, and it stays the game's AI: every update that comes later, paid for by trading fees, is proposed and built by that same model.

We have no favourite and take no payment from any of these companies. A higher price means a model that costs more to run, not a promise of a better game.
You describe the game. If it fits what can be built (single-player, 2D, in a browser, keyboard and touch), you pay the fee and watch the build: a design, the code, a scan of the code, and a test in a real browser. You get 2 revisions before you launch. Nothing is generated until your payment is final on chain.
The AI has a fixed spending limit for every job. If it reaches the limit, or the game fails its browser test twice, the build stops, says so, and a refund request is opened for you. Refunds are paid by hand by the owner, not by a program.
Your own game: free
If you have already built a game, you upload it as one HTML file. It is scanned with the same rules as a game an AI wrote here and run in a real browser; if something has to change, you get the list. Then it is hosted here in a sealed frame, as it is: nothing in your code is edited. You can add a link to your game's own site, which is shown as a link and marked as leaving this site.
No AI builds for a game its creator brings. You ship its updates yourself, by uploading a new file, and players leave suggestions on the coin's page. What a game file needs.
3. Trading funds the next update
This part is about the games an AI builds: quick templates and custom games.
- Each trade of the coin on pump.fun pays a creator fee.
- 50% of that fee is credited to the coin's game budget and 50% runs the platform.
- The AI does nothing until the coin has earned $20 in fees in total.
- Each time the budget reaches $5, the AI proposes three concrete updates and holders vote for 6 hours.
- The winner is built, tested in a real browser and published. Its cost comes off the budget and a dev-log entry is written.
- If an update fails its test, the previous version stays live.
- If the coin stops trading, updates stop. The game stays playable.
Suggestions
Every game's page has a box where players say what they would like next, and anyone can back the ideas they like. It needs a wallet to sign in, nothing more: no coins, no payment. When the AI proposes the next update it is shown the most backed suggestions and may build one of its three options on them; an option that came from a player says so in the vote. For a creator's own game, the suggestions are for the creator. Suggestions are plain words about the game: links, handles, addresses and anything about money are refused.
Voting
To vote you sign in with a wallet that holds at least 1,000 of the coin. Each wallet gets one vote. This is not tamper-proof: someone can split coins across several wallets, and balances are read when a vote is cast. Votes only decide which small game update gets built. They never decide anything about money.
